The decision letter listing the bond amount
was received in our office in early March 2006. Per our conversation last week,
Aggregate Industries anticipates a commencement date of approximately 2009 or later.
We request a Technical Revision to reduce our bond amount to $5,000.00 while the
property is vacant and unoperational. Prior to site prepazation for mining activities we
would submit a reclamation bond for the full amount of $1,054,203.00. Attached is
check #130285 for the TR Request in the amount of $188.00.
Please call me if you have any questions - 303-716-5304. Thank you for your
consideration.
Sincerely,
Jamie Gaboriau
Environmental Compliance Manager
Cc: Mike Refer, VP, Administrations
file
~~ V- ~
Aggregate Industries
West Central Region, Inc.
1707 Cole Blvd., Suite 100
Golden, CO 80401
Telephone: 303-985-1070 An Equal Opportunity Employer
