Additionally, the Division needs information on how this outflow compares to the present <br />predicted outflow from the lake without the added stormwater runoff. <br />The currant information available fo DMG, does not allow for the assessment as to potential impacts of the proposed <br />plan on structures located in the vicinity of the overflow channel. Additionally, in order to review the accuracy of <br />statements made in the TR application with regard to culvert and channel design, the DMG needs the design <br />specifications for the proposed culvert, for the proposed channel and specifications as to the desigi of the existing <br />outlet. Please also include the design specifications for the culvert joining the eastern and western ponds for review. <br />As stated eazlier, the Aggregate Industries -WCR, Inc. 112(c) Technical Revision (TR-005) Application must be <br />submitted to the Division in the form of a permit amendment in order to have the specified changes made to the current <br />pemilt. Please notify the Division as to what measures the Operator intends to take regarding this issue. Be advised <br />that the decision date for the current Technical Revision is September 24, 2003.
