We offer the following information in response to that request. In response to item 1: The acreage for each of the 7 phases is as follows: Phase 1 12.31 acres Phase 2 10.22 acres Phase 3 8.34 acres Phase 4 9.37 acres Phase 5 .8.17 acres Phase 6 12.45 acres Phase 7 9.41 acres These phases are not separate from the acreage of the processing and stockpiling area. In response to item 2: The plant and stockpile area will consist of 5 acres. The acreage of phase 1 includes the permanent processing and stockpiling area. The processing area for phase 1 will be in an area that is part of phase 2. This will be moved to the floor of the pit in phase 1 when the mining of phase 1 is complete and remain there for the mining of the 7 phases.. Therefore the reclamation of the processing and stockpiling site will consist of moving the equipment because it will be at the bottom of the pit when the mining of the project is complete and the phase 1 pit will be allowed to fill with water covering the processing site so no topsoil or other reclamation will be required. The temporary processing site will be in the center of phase 2 and will be mined during phase 2 and will be reclaimed as part of phase 2 reclamation.
