' It is difficult to estimate accurately the exact number of
years gravel production could occur at the site because
consumer demand and general economic conditions cannot
be predicted. Nor can the exact market share of a single
' producer be predicted. Mining is anticipated to last
' 17 to 25 years at the Deepe Farm site. Estimates of
production, land disturbance at a given time and equipment
use are made based on the best information now available.
