:, <br />.. <br />EXHIBIT C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map of Affected Lands <br />The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology- <br />Loveland Ready Mix Concrete Inc.; Larimer Pits; Permit #M-1974-069 <br />a) all adjoining surface owners of record; <br />The Larimer Pits are adjoined to the North by the Greeley-Loveland Irrigation Co.'s <br />Big Bames Ditch, and beyond that within 200 feet aze several home-owners. The <br />larger landowners have been noted on the enclosed map labeled Exhibit C. Attached <br />and included as a part of this exhibit is a list of property owners within 200 feet of <br />the proposed mine boundary. The City of Loveland has a R.O.W. through the <br />property which contains Wilson Avenue. The County alsohasaR.O.W.throughthe <br />propertywhich contains County Road 19E(Namaqua Avenue). The City ofLoveland <br />also has property in close proximity that contain an electrical switch yard and a <br />public golf course. <br />b) the nnme and location ofall creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and <br />power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two hundred <br />(200) feet of all boundaries of such area; <br />The Big Thompson River flows through the site. Wilson Ave. Passes through the <br />property as does County Road 19E {Namaqua Ave.). The Buildings for the plant aze <br />also on the property. There are no gas or oil wells or lines on the property. The City <br />ofLoveland has an electrical switch yard and overhead electrical lines to the North <br />ofthe property. There is a City sewer line close to the switch yard and on the south <br />ofParcel6. TheWilsottAvenueandCountyRoadl9ERight-of--ways contain water, <br />telephone, cable TV, and overhead electric. <br />Wilson Ave, is within 200 feet of prior excavations and within 200 feet of cell 10 <br />which is being added as part of this amendment. Existing ponds on the south side <br />of the river were mined prior to the construction of Wilson Ave. The area abutting <br />Wilson Ave. north of the river has been reclaimed to an approximate 200 foot <br />setback from the road. <br />Storage Pond 2 which is currently being reclaimed, and existing reclaimed ponds on <br />the south side of the river are within 200 feet of County Road 19 E. <br />The golf course was constructed after the mining of the two ponds on the west end <br />of the existing property and is approximately 200 feet from any excavation. <br />RECEIVED <br />JAN t 7 2006 <br />Division of Mnimow ~••: ~-~~~9V <br />
