To that end, the Division has enclosed a copy of a
map of the current permit boundaries (highlighted). Please provide a map of similaz scale and size to the
one enclosed so that the Division may compare the official current permit boundaries to the proposed
amended permit boundaries.
Please note, it appears that the berm (covering the water main) running between the current first (largest)
and second ponds is not within the official current permit boundaries.
If any adjustments to the proposed amended acreage are made a revised first page to the application
package is necessary. As a courtesy the Division has enclosed a blank first page and the submitted first
page in case revisions are necessary. Other changes to the exhibits may also be necessary in order to
provide internal consistency to the permit documents.
Regarding the borrow material to be used on site for fill and/or slurry composition - if material is imported
from off-site it is necessary to implement a plan to demonstrate that the material is inert. Therefore, please
refer to Rule 3.1.5(9)(a-f) and supply the information required by this rule.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 303-866-4179.
Sinc ly,
Deb G6 'ma
Environmental Protection Specialist
Enclosure(s): Amendment Application Package page one (submitted)
Amendment Application Package page one (blank for revisions)
Current Official Permit Boundaries Map
cc: Tyler Packard and Brad Davis, CARMA -Highland Place [I, 91 ]0 E.
