QUARRY LEASE <br /> I <br /> i <br /> i <br /> THIS LEASE, made this-V— day of May, 1999, by an between MANUEL& <br /> RAUL VASQUEZ OF 4168 UTE HWY, LONGMONT, CO. 80503, here and after <br /> "LESSOR", and s}, , dr4 of L yc h s Colorado, <br /> "LESSEE", for the follow described property: <br /> Legal description as follows, located Salk trJ� SE-( of section 3� <br /> 1 <br /> township Y /1) _north, range a W west of the 6th p.m. Laramie county. <br /> li <br /> TO HAVE AND HOLD the same with all appurtenances unto said quarry <br /> twelve o' clock noon on the day following the date of execution of this lease, until twelve <br /> o' clock noon on the last day of May_, 2005, at rental to be paid as follows: <br /> LESSEE shall pay royalty based on the number of tons of stone removed from the <br /> quarry. The amount of said royalty is $5.00 per ton of stone so removed. All stone <br /> removed from quarries shall be weighed or weight determined by the parties to this lease. <br /> Royalties due on stone are to be paid weakly. <br /> 1 <br /> LESSEE shall have no obligation to pay a minimum monthly rental, to quarry a <br /> particular quantity of stone per month, and/or to sell stone to ant particular person or <br /> entity. <br /> 1 . <br /> In the event that LESSEE fails to pay any sum due under this lease in a timely <br /> fashion, LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR interest at the rate of 15%on said unpaid sums <br /> from the date of default. <br /> { <br /> FURTHER, as part of the consideration for this lease, the parties agree as follows: <br /> I <br /> LESSEE AGREES: <br />
