The Colorado State Historic Preservation Office may have concern for portions of the cemetery and <br />should be contacted to verify their concurrence with the proposed operation. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />18. Please address the requirements of Rule 6.4.19 for all structures on or within 200 feet of the <br />proposed affected area boundary (currently assumed to be the permit boundary). Based on the <br />amendment application map these structures include the north boundary fence, the fence leading <br />north from the northwest boundary corner, the fence leading north and west from the Center North <br />1/16 corner marker, the residence of the Asnicar's, Popular Road, the fence along Popular Road, <br />the irrigation canal on the south side of Popular Road, the powerline near the southwest corner of <br />the site, some of the Detox Center fences, and the cemetery. . <br />19. Please be sure to identify the owner of the cemetery.
