Five copies each of Revised Sheets 1 and 2 of the Permit <br />Boundaries, Mining Plan, and the Final Grading and <br />Reclamation Plan. This revision reflects changing the <br />Proposed Amendment Permit Boundary back to the existing <br />boundary in the area of the Silical Sludge Landfill, <br />which must be operated under a Certificate of <br />Designation. After the amendment to expand the CD, this <br />boundary will again be amended by Technical Revision to <br />reflect the separation of the area under CD and the Mined <br />Land permit area. <br />2. The Affidavit of Publication of the Public Notice for the <br />Amendment Application. <br />3. A copy of a letter (undated) to the Fort Collins Soil <br />Conservation District addressing the concerns they <br />expressed in a letter to Carl Mount of the Division. <br />This letter was presented to the Board of the <br />Conservation District at their regular meeting on <br />December 19, 1992. <br />9. A copy of a letter to Gregg Squire of the Division, this <br />date, concerning reclamation areas and bonding. <br />5.
