Dear Mr. and Ms. Erker:
On August 16, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator
application submitted to the Division on July 13, 2004, addressing the following:
Transfer of Permit No. M-1985-200 from Morgan County to Michael G. Erlcer and Cynthia L. Erlrer.
On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would calculate the rcquired bond prior to
approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $11,391.00 (see Cost
Summary Form enclosed). Please submit a firlarrcial warranty ul the name of Michael G. Erker and Cynthia L. Erker, in the
amount of $11,391.00 within 60 days. The transfer of Permit No. M-1985200 will not be final until the bond is approved
by the Division.
