Executed Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operators Application form executed by <br />Western Cleanup Corporation, the prior permitee and Pinneo Feedlot, LLC, the successor <br />operator. <br />2. Executed Performance Warranty. <br />3. A copy of Warranty Deed transferring the real property and operation to Pinneo Feedlot, LLC. <br />4. Check payable to the Division of Minerals and Geology in the sum of $125.00 for transfer fee. <br />5. Proposed Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit issued by US Bank National Association. <br />I would appreciate yow reviewing the Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit and advising me if it is <br />acceptable to yow Division. In form, it varies slightly with the form issued by yow Division, but substantively <br />provides a Letter of Credit insuring the Performance Wamanty.
