Dear Mr. Timmons:
On December 16, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology decided to approve the Transfer of Permit and Succession of
Operator application submitted to the Division on October 14, 2004, addressing the following:
Transfer of the Dei Camino Sand and Gravel Mine, Pemtit No. M-1996-052 from Oweals Bm@rers Concrete Comparry
to Ready Mixed Concrete Comparry,
On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond prior to
approval of the transfer. T7te estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $$327,632.00. Please
submit a financial warraniy in the amount of $327,632.00 and a Performance Warranty within the next 60 days.
The transfer of the Del Camino Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-1996-052 wiII NOT be final until the
bond and performance warranty are approved by the Division.
