The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 145, Range 78W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Chaffee CouFrty. The application decision is scheduled for January 27, 2003. A copy of the application is available for review at the Chaffee Coumy Clerk 8c Recorder's office and at the office ofthe Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
