Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Re: Receipt of 110(c) to 112(c) Constrvction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion Appfieatiod, Pit <br />No 6, Permit No. M-1978-192, CN-1 / <br />r <br />Dear Mr. Nelson: <br />On October 28, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 to 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion application for the Pit No 6, which is located in Chaffee County. All comment and <br />review periods began on October 28, 2002. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />January 27; 2003. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of <br />the proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first publication, <br />mail a copy of the nofi6e to all owners of record of surface and iiiineral rights, holders bf any recorded easements, <br />and all owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice and <br />mailings, such as Certified Mad - Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology prior to the decision date.
