The site has been salvage , recontoured and reclaimed to the Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) standards. We have reviewed your inspection report, and the partial bond <br />release determination and calculation, end we concurwJih your findings and conclusions "'-- <br />Releasing $196,400 of M&M II Ltd.'s $250,000 reclamation bond thereby retaining $39,600 for <br />revegetation, dam outlet stabilization, well plugging, and mobilization demobilization costs <br />meets with our approval, based upon the BLM's reclamation standards and land management <br />regulations. <br />Should you have any questions or concerns in the future, please feel free to contact Robert Ernst at <br />(970) 826-5079. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Yv~ John E.
