Gillis, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Parkerson Construction Co., 32 Road Pit, Permit No. M-1985-219 <br />Please be advised that on May 16, 2002, Parkerson Construction Co., whose address and telephone number aze <br />710 S. 15th St., Grand Junction, CO 81501; (970) 242-8134, filed an Amendment application to M-1485-219, 32 <br />Road Pit, which is located at or near Section 23, Township 1 S, Range lE, Ute Prime Meridian, in Mesa County. <br />The application decision is scheduled for August 14, 2002. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
