~, Exhibit F <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Kiowa County, P.O. Box 100, Eads, Co 81036, has filed an application for a Regulaz (112) Construction <br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Constmction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Barnett Pit, and is located at or near Section (33), Township (18), <br />Range (49), West of the 6~' Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is as soon as the application is approved and the proposed date of <br />completion is when all the resources aze depleted. The proposed future use of the land is pasture use. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Kiowa <br />County Clerk and Recorder's office; P.O.
