Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Road Runner Rest, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1979-195, Revision No. TR-6 <br />Dear Mr. Craft: <br />On June 6, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on Apri124, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Revise the mining and reclamation plan to allow 10 additional acres, presently used for the batch <br />plant/processing area to be mined and reclaimed as open water. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 6 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1979-195.
