Technical Revision 1 to Colorado Calumet Company Incorporated ~~"n`'~~~ , ~ <br />Permit No. M-2006-034 sn ~" `+~ on <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />(1) (o) Limited explosives will be used in conjunction with active mining at permitted <br />dig sites if rock structures cannot be mined using heavy equipment, including hydraulic <br />hammers. <br />A DH99 air track with two diesel compressors will be used to drill holes for explosives <br />along a working bench. ANFO will be used as the explosive agent with non-electrical <br />delays. <br />Two, Type 1 magazines will be used to store explosives and detonators on site in <br />accordance with mine safety regulations during blasting. Blasting will occur during the <br />approved mining period of approximately 30 days. <br />Colorado Calumet Company Inc. will accomplish the blasting and holds a current federal <br />blasting license and permit. License number is S-CO-059-33-9E-00551 and expires I <br />May 2009. <br />All safety requirements will be strictly enforced and adhered to. <br />
