As I explained on the phone. the <br />attorneys are still trying to work out the agreement with Kerr- <br />McGee. In the interim I contacted Crystal Heater with their <br />engineering department and she is providing me with a letter <br />explaining their requirements for the gasline crossings. I <br />expect to have a letter from her later this week.
