Staff is pleased to inform the permitee and the operator <br />that the site appears to have met all the approved reclamation requirements of the permit. <br />Therefore. staff is Dleased to inform you that SL-02, for full Financial Warrantv release and <br />termination of the aermit is approved. The Division is required by Rule to wait 30 days <br />before final release and termination.
