<br />randomly spaced at 4' on center. Wetland pads shall be randomly
<br />spaced in groups of 7 every 100 feet.

<br />5. Wetland plant material (tubers, live stakes, and pads.) :hall
<br />be collected from existing on -site species and planted within 48
<br />hours of collection. All plant material shall be Tolle :ted
<br />during Ste dormant period. Typical sizes shall be as follow.i:
<br />- Tubers: actual root tubers or 1 quart plugs
<br />Willows: live stakes 112" diameter and 16" -29" in length
<br />Pads: 41X41X18" deep - mechanically collected.
<br />6. Channel slope along proposed relocated dull Seep to vary.
<br />Field adjust slope angle to vary the horizontal alignment of the
<br />channel.
<br />7. A minimum of one year prior to Drainage Channel conatrriotion
<br />along the Went property edge, Root Prune all existing tree.:
<br />adjacent to proposed Drainage Channels. Refer to Root Pruning
<br />Detail for additional information.
<br />8. For additional information regarding this project, refer to
<br />the Application for a Conditional Use Permit and Amendment
<br />prepared by Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc.
<br />*9. Native grasses planted around the lakes on the banks /edges
<br />are as per the alternate reclamation plan.
