Terracon is working hard to address your rip rap comments, and we are meeting with them to
go over the submittal on Monday morning. We will submit the information, along with a
letter requesting an extention, probably Monday afternoon (Tuesday at the latest, of

If you get one, just fax it. But 2 received one from United Power today
(delivered) that was in an envelope addressed to you. I bet this was the one that Fred
was talking about and it got intercepted and delivered to me.
Either way, if you get one, please fax me a copy.
I think that Carroll & Lange got St. Vrain Sanitation District's yesterday, so I'm going
to hold onto this one and probably send you both (faxed and
certified) on Monday.
