I looked at the public notice, and the text looks good. But, please remember that you must
publish your notice for **4 consecutive weeks** (so that would be July 12, 19~, 26 & **Aug
2**). So, the date won't be Aug 15th to have comments or objections in by - it will be
August 22, instead. So, please change that in the notice.
