(Carma). The project is located along the north bank of the <br />St. Vrain River, east of Interstate 25. Carma will be performing <br />reclamation activities to the three existing lakes. The reclamation project <br />consists of grading activities and slurry wall construction. <br />In accordance with the requirements of C.R.S. 34-32.5-115 (4)(e), Carma <br />acknowledges that they will be the responsible and financially liable party <br />in the case of damage to existing utilities during the reclamation project. <br />Please acknowledge you receipt of this letter by signing and returning it to <br />my attention. <br />3 <br />
