Her phone number is
303-980-0200 in case you have questions while I am out of town. I'll be back in the
office on Tuesday, August 22.
Thanks,
Jodi
-----Original Message-----
From: Katherine Strozinski [mailto:KStrozinski~carroll-lange.com]
Sent: Tuesday, August 15, 2006 5:41 PM
To: Fred Tafoya; Jodi Villa
Subject: RE: Carma
Jodi,
we discussed the erosion control measures with Tim S. with the DMG and several of the
items were already part of the subdivision construction plan set that were duplicated with
the DMG cost estimate. Those items such as the sediment basins, diversion dikes and
construction fence will be constructed with the subdivision and not as part of the DMG
reclamation. Those items are already bonded with the County so Carma doesn't need to bond
twice for those items. The cutoff walls are still in the estimate under Spillways.
Please forward this information to her or let me know if you want me to call her.
Katherine
-----Original Message-----
From: Fred Tafoya
Sent: Tuesday, August 15, 2006 2:15 PM
To: 'Jodi Villa'
Cc: Katherine Strozinski
Subject: RE: Carma
Jodi,
I will need to check with Katherine. Some of the items were overlapped previously with
the development area and should not have been included in the DMG permit.
