Those items such as the sediment basins, diversion dikes and construction fence will be constructed with the subdivision and not as part of the DMG reclamation. Those items are already bonded with the County so Carma doesn't need to bond twice for those items. The cutoff walls are still in the estimate under Spillways. Please forward this information to her or let me know if you want me to call her.
