Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 7, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Division on February 8, 2006, addressing the following: <br />Adding a 650 feet by 16 feet wide road for better access. The total affected acres for the operation will not exceed <br />10 acres. No warranty increase is warranted at this time. However, operator cannot exceed the 10 acres <br />disturbance unless written approval is obtained from the Division . <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1992- <br />009.
