CashMineNon-DMOCertification AdrianBrown
aze dewatered to allow working), and after closure the non-point source seepage from the mines to the
environment is from 0 to 1 gpm, insufficient to impact surface water at the concentrations observed.
Thus no toxic-producing materials will be disturbed in quantities sufficient to adversely affect any
person, any property, or the environment.
MONITORING
The non-Designated Mining Operation condition of the Cash Mine will be monitored during and after
operation, as set forth in "Cash Mine Comprehensive Water Monitoring Plan, Permit M-1983-14]",
prepazed by Adrian Brown Consultants, Inc. for Mount Royale Ventures, dated November 6, 2006, and
submitted to DBMS for approval on December 10, 2006.
This monitoring plan requires regular monitoring of the quality of water in the Cash Mine during and
after operation. This monitoring will determine pH, and concentrations of metal and principal ionic
species in the mine water. Any generation of acid or toxic constituents in the mine will be observable in
the quality of the groundwater in the mine, which is monitored by this program. If the condition of the
mine changes with respect to these parameters, then the non-DMO finding which is supported by this
report can be revisited by DRMS.

' 1601A-20061210 5
