It is my understanding that notwithstanding the printed form <br />of the application that only the ivory original and on other copy needs to be filed with your office and not <br />four copies. I am also enclosing Sandco's check payable to the Division of Minerals and Geology in the <br />amount of $],938.00 for the amendment fee. <br />You will note that in the exhibits attached to the application that the second map entitled "Exhibit <br />C" on the top also has incorporated within it Exhibit B as an index map. <br />Upon receipt ofthe green return receipts showing that the Natural Resource Conservation District <br />and the La Plata Conservation District has received the application, I will send them to you. <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Frank J.
