It also appears to conform to the seed mix
requirements from Bureau of Land Management.
This office has approved the technical revision. The revised seed mix is now part of the
reclamation plan for this permit, and supersedes other previous seed mixes. There is no
change to the bond amount at this time.
If you have questions, please contact me at the Division's Durango field office: 701
Camino del Rio, Room 125, Durango, CO 81301; telephone 970-247-5193.
Sincerely,

Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
RECEIVED
Ec: Tony Waldron, DRMS
Helen Mary Johnson, BLM
(c:\07-OSdocs/carnation tr2 appr/rco)
STATE OF COLORADO a~W
MAY 29 2001
Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Ac[ive and Inactive Mines
