Exhibit C -Pre Mining aad Mining Plan Maps <br />Information presented in Exhibit C of the original permit application materials for this <br />site is still accurate. The change, proposed by this Application to Amend, is the addition <br />of the proposed access route to 120' Avenue. The Applicant does not wish to remove <br />an}' acreage of the previously approved access route to 124' Avenue. If the new <br />southerly access route is approved by DMG, the previously approved access route would <br />remain for emergency use only, if such emergency use was also approved by amendment <br />to the Adams County conditional use permit. <br />The following drawing depicts the proposed access route connecting the mining area to <br />120`h Avenue. The road will be 35 feet in width, as shown, and will be raised <br />approximately twelve inches, using native material, and topped with six inches of road <br />base. The access route will be a two-way haul road, except at the points where traffic <br />will enter and exit onto 120t1i Avenue, as shown.
