Mr. Schibli is a business associate of the 124`I' <br />Estates Partners, LLC, and with the 124' Estates Partners, LLC, forms the limited <br />liability partnership (the 120' Estates Partners, LLP), which has entered into a contract to <br />purchase the Henad land.
