Exhibit N -Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />69.E acres owned by the Henad Company is the subject of a purchase contract executed <br />between the Henad Company and the 120th Estates Partners, LLP. The ] 24th Estates <br />Partners, LLC and Peter Schibli aze the partners that constitute the purchasing entity (the <br />120 Estates Partners, LLP) and are guarantors for the 120' Estates Partners, LLP in this <br />purchase agreement. Attached is the purchase contract; which makes the final sale <br />contingent upon the receipt of necessary land use approvals. <br />A quit claim deed showing that Peter Schibli is the owner of the small lot adjacent to the <br />road at 11061 East 1200' Avenue is contained in Exhibit O. Attached to this Exhibit N is <br />a Power of Attorney form, which designates Dave Schultejann as the agent and attorney- <br />in-fact for Peter Schibli in real estate matters regazding this lot.
