Mount, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist ADC ~,-C~tM <br />RE: International Uranium (USA) Corp., Monogram Mines, Permit No. M-197&222-UG, SL-1 <br />Please be advised that on July 23, 2003, International Uranium (USA) Corp., whose address and telephone <br />number are Independence Plaza, 950 1050 Seventeenth St., Denver, CO 80265; (303) 628-7798, submitted a <br />request for full reclamation responsibility release for the Monogram Mines, Permit No. M-1978-222-UG. The <br />hazd rock/metal mining operation is located at or near Section 18, Township 46N, Range 17W, New Mexico <br />Prime Meridian, in Montrose County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Deaver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Commems or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
