Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natual Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology staff has completed the review process for the above referenced <br />conversion of the 110c to a 112 c permit. It appears that all corrections and clarifications have been <br />addressed and the application meets the requirements of the Constmction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations. Therefore, staff is nleased to inform you that the above referenced conversion from a I l Oc <br />to a 112c is approved. <br />Per our phone conversation, staff has received verbal acceptance of the initial Financial Warranty <br />calculations for the conversion. The required bond for the conversion is set at $70,091.00. The <br />Financial Warranty must be accepted by the Denver Office along with the required Performance <br />Warranty for the conversion to be complete. <br />It is staff's understanding that a Succession of Operator (SO) is being submitted for Meeker Gravel to <br />take over responsibility of the permit.
