The mining and reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 6, Township 6N, Range 90W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Moffat Count'. The application decision is scheduled for December 9, 2003. A copy of the application is available for review at the Moffat County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
