Please be advised that on Mazch 27, 2006, Kit Cazson County, whose address and telephone number aze P.O. Box 160,
Burlington, CO 80807; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1989-004, Raymond Duell Pit, a 112(c)
Regulaz Construction Materials Permit to a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Pemlit. The mining and
reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 32, Township BS, Range 49W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Kit Carson
County. The application decision is scheduled for April 26, 2006.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Kit Carson County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper
public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the
