(LGE), Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, DMG #M-1999-120; <br />Third Adequacy Review Response Letter <br />Dear Ms. Pickford: <br />We have received the Third Adequacy Review, dated January 24, 2005. Thank you for getting <br />back to us so quickly. We accept the Division's requirement and commit as follows: <br />Exhibit G -Water Information <br />Commit to measures to be taken if trigger point is reached <br />If any one of the following trigger criteria are reached, then the trigger point has been met: <br />groundwater level drops 2 feet below the 3 month average for groundwater; a compliant is <br />received; or vegetation is stressed. If any one or combination of these conditions occurs, <br />LGE commits to starting the assessmenUinvestigation of the situation immediately to identify <br />the cause(s), and also commits to immediate implementation of appropriate temporary or <br />permanent mitigation measures as required. <br />We hope with this additional commitment, that LGE has addressed all of the Division's <br />concerns, and that the Division can now recommend approval. <br />Thank you for all your work and guidance.
