Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />' ~ <br />RE: Recommendation to Approve, Revised AM-O5; Sunnyside Mine, Permit No. M-1977-378. <br />Dear Sirs: <br />On December 23, 2003, DMG determined that the application for the revised AM-05 satisfied the <br />requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-115(4) and issued its recommendation to approve AM-05 over <br />objections. DMG's rationale for its recommendation for approval of AM-05 over objections will be <br />distributed to all parties. <br />DMG has received objections to AM-05. Therefore, staff has scheduled the matter for consideration <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
