OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIItED EXIIIBIT M <br />The following permits aze needed for the site: <br />1) County (special use) approval -Although the site has a special use permit for Haldorson Sand <br />and Gravel Mine, this document is being supplied to the Montrose County Planning office for <br />revision to these permits. <br />2) CDPHE-Air Quality Control Division permit for portable plants and for fugitive emissions <br />from the site. These permits are in place. <br />3) No NPDES permit will be needed for the site since the entire runoff for the 100 year 24 hour <br />event will be detained and allowed to seep back in the ground. <br />4) A Spill and containment plan is needed since fuels, oils and grease will be stored on site. This <br />plan is already developed, but will be updated to reflect the changes in this amendment. <br />5) No stormwater management plan is needed since the site will contain the 100 yeaz 24 hour <br />runoff and allow this water to seep into the ground. <br />6) No COE404 permit will be necessary because no wetlands or waters of the U.S. will be <br />disturbed. <br />7) A highway access permit is needed since truck traffic will be leaving the site.
