PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EI~IIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. All of <br />these structures are shown on Map C-2. <br />a) 6175 Road, 6200 Road, LaSalle Road, and 4 culverts along the roads owned by Montrose <br />County. <br />b) Fire Hydrants near the north end of the permit azea and south of the area where 6200 Road ends <br />owned by Tri-County Water District. <br />c) Overhead power lines along the eastern and northern edges of the permit azea, going,to the area <br />of the George House and continuing southeast toward the Corey House. The overhead power <br />lines are owned by Delta Montrose Electric Association. Some of the overhead power lines will <br />have to be moved through the course of mining. The proposed locations for new power poles and <br />the power line is shown on Maps C-2 and F. <br />d) Fiber optic cable along the western, eastern, and northern edges of the permit area, going to the <br />area where 6200 Road ends owned by Qwest Communications. <br />e) Cable line along the eastern edge of the permit area, going to the area where 6200 Road ends <br />owned by Spring Creek Cable. <br />f) Gas line along the eastern edge of the permit area, going south to the area where 6200 Road <br />ends owned by KN Energy. <br />g) Meter pit with remote meter, water pipeline and fire hydrants around the western, eastern, and <br />northern edges of the permit azea. As well as waterline crosses the permitee's property. All of <br />these structures are owned by Chipeta Water District. Through the course of mining, this section <br />of waterline will have to be removed, but it is not expected that the waterline will have to be <br />Haldorson Sand and Gravel Mine 62 <br />
