ors ~ m~q ez3 ,M~i D~ <br />EXHIBIT D Reclamation Plan <br />RECEIVED <br />DEC 112006 <br />DiWsion of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Upon completion of the excavation, the newly affected portion of the pit walls will be sloped at a 3:1 or <br />flatter slope. <br />As the topsoil in the stockpile and existing plant site azea is minimal, reclamation will wnsist of scarifying <br />the area with a plow or disc, drilling the seed and then using a straw mulch crimped in place at a minimum <br />rate of 2 tons per acre.
