Geology and the Colorado Division of Wildlife review, comment,
and approve the proposed activities .
CULTURAL RESOURCE PROTECTION MEASURES
As stated in Section 6 of the Federal Exploration License,
cultural resources surveys will be conducted of all previously
unsurveyed areas that will be directly impacted by exploration.
These surveys will be provided to the Little Snake Resource Area
Manager prior to any exploration activity.
RECLAMAT
Existing reclamat

ond #400JT6977 - $250, 000,
2) DMG Bond #333845, NOI #96-219-00, - $150, 000
3) DMG Bond #348818, NOI #96-219-00, - $100, 000
3) DMG Bond #348388, NOI #96-219-01, - $275, 000
Reclamation for all previous exploration has been conducted.
Both BLM and DMG representatives reviewed the majority of this
reclamation during August 1997 . CLC believes the existing bonds
sufficient for this modification.
Cottonwood Land Company plans to conduct all of the above-
mentioned exploration between mid-May through the 6th day of
August . We also anticipate completing federal reclamation
activities during the same time period if weather and ground
conditions allow. Reclamation of the remaining private drill
locations will be conducted shortly afterwards .
CLC understands that all conditions and stipulations as
identified in NOI #96-219-01 and FCEL #COC 59432 will be applied
to this modification.
We very much appreciate the assistance that the Division of
Minerals and Geology has provided in this project . Thank you for
your continued efforts and feel free to call with any questions
or concerns .
Sincerely,
//
GGCco✓Z
Richard Tifft
Project Geologist
