Everist, Inc., Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, DMG #M-1999,-/120; <br />Request for Extension of Recommendation Date ~ <br />Dear Ms. Pickford: <br />As per your request for more time to review the application materials and the adequacy responses, we <br />formally request an extension of the Division of Minerals and Geology's Recommendation Date and in so <br />doing are waiving our right to a 120-day decision date regarding the amendment application. As we <br />discussed, we would like to extend the Recommendation Date to Friday, January 21, 2005. <br />By our addressing all concerns from the initial adequacy response, by January 4, 2005, and then <br />immediately addressing the two additional questions expressed verbally with our second adequacy <br />response, on Friday, January 7, 2005, we will be extremely disappointed in the Division's review process <br />if there are additional questions or concerns. However, if there are any, please get them to us as soon as <br />possible, so that we may address them immediately. <br />We regret having to extend the timeline, and truly believe that we have answered all the Divisions' <br />questions and/or concerns with additional information and commitments.
