We have determined that the following information must be <br />submitted to complete the requirements of Rule 4.13 of the Construction Material Rules and Regulations (a copy <br />of this Rule is enclosed for your information): <br />4.13(61: Include an estimate of the actual cost to reclaim the site based on what it would cost an <br />independent cotrtractor to complete reclamation, including unit costs for reclamation activities as <br />appropriate to the operation to comply with the provisions of Section 3.1 and the Permit's Reclamation <br />Plan. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Barbara D.
