EXHIBIT "G"
WATER INFORMATION
This operation is not expected to directly affect surface or
groundwater systems in the immediate area. Cgal Creek is the
main water resource near the proposed area. This operation
has never had any impact on the histgric drainage patterns of
the area, including Coal Creek. This will be operated as a
dry pit with no afifiect on water rights or hydrology of the
area, There is a spring near the southeast cgrner of the
property immediately north of the road. This spring has been
in place for years and the discharge has historically been
piped under the road for discharge into Coal Creek. This op-
eration will not afifiect this spring in any way.
The operator obtained Stormwater Discharge Permit COG-500753
fior the original 110 permit, M-91-051, and it will be ex-
panded to include this added acreage.
