<br />THIS DEED made this 30`h day of March, 2007 between Ap~ri-DLD, LLC, Grantor, and
<br />High Plains Properties, LLC, whose legal address is 1225 South 7 Street, Grand Iunction, CO
<br />81501, Grantee.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in wnsideration of the sum of TEN AND
<br />NO/]00 DOLLARS, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bazgain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm, unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, all the real property, together with
<br />improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of La Plata, State of Colorado,
<br />described as follows:

<br />may be mined on the following property:

<br />TOGETHER with alt and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto

<br />demand whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained
<br />premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.

<br />appurtenances unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever. The Grantor, for itself, its heirs
<br />and personal representatives, successors and assigns does covenant and agree it shall azrd will
<br />WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above-bazgained premises in the quiet and
<br />peaceable possession of the Grantee, its heirs and assigns, against all and every person claiming
<br />the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the Grantor.
