These wells were abandoned by the <br />undersigned who is an "authorized individual" as defined in Rule 5.2..4 of the Water Wel] Construction <br />Rules (2 CCR 402-2). <br />You will note that the depths given in the attached reports differ from the depths given in the original <br />Well Construction Reports filed in 1991. The wells were originally completed in the bottom of a <br />previously rained limestone quarry. The quarry was subsequently used to landfill cement kiln dust. As <br />the level of the landfill was raised, additional lengths of steel well casing were attached to the top of the <br />monitoring wells.
