PUBLISBED NOTICE OF APPLICATION AMENDMENT FILING FOR <br />A REGULAR (112) CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Thompson Properties has filed an application amendment on <br />their Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act for the extraction of construction materials. The proposed <br />mine is known as Thompson Resource and is located in parts of <br />Sections 31, T-2-N, R-76-W, 6th Principal Meridian, Grand County, <br />Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement for the new area is 2007 <br />and the proposed date of completion December 2020.
