RECEIVED <br />SEP 13 [006 <br />Exhlblt M Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety OTHER PERMIT AND LICENSES <br />1. An Air Pollution permit have been applied. <br />2. A Use by Special Review permit from Grand County will be <br />necessary prior to operations commencing at the mine. <br />3. This is a open pit operation and ground water will not be <br />exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is unnec- <br />essary. <br />4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required at this time <br />because waters of the U.S. will not be impacted. If wetland <br />areas are mined we will obtain the necessary permit. <br />5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) exists for the mine. <br />6. A NPDES permit to dewatering will not be necessary for then <br />mining operation. <br />Exhibit N SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER <br />This information is unchanged for the existing mine area. <br />An affidavit is attached for the new area owned by Thompson <br />Properties. <br />27 <br />
